Pamela Prince joined Arena Energy in 2023 as a senior manager in human resources. She directs her attention toward enhancing HR systems, optimizing compensation and benefits, and maintaining compliance. Previously she worked at Enchanted Rock Management, a microgrid company, as a senior manager, HR & people. She spent almost a decade at Oasis Petroleum, holding a variety of leadership positions across human resources, accounting, and corporate services, primarily serving as an HR business partner and leading the HRBP team and coordinators. Mrs. Prince holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
