Engineering Technician

Monica Ledford is an engineering technician at Arena Energy. Before joining the company in 2017, she spent a decade working at JX Nippon Oil Exploration (USA), where she was a senior reservoir/production technician. Prior to JX Nippon, she held a progression of roles at Rosetta Resources, ultimately serving as a reservoir engineering technician there. Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University, and has completed a range of additional trainings in petroleum geology, engineering, finance and accounting topics and systems.
